Try contacting the local peñas madridistas there, they will gladly give you directions and guide you to the right place. Try looking them up on google, you will find their contact there. Did the same myself when I was in San Sebastian last year.

1. You can go to the Stadium Santiago Bernabeu, not inside but outside there are a lot of bars to see the match, and you will feel the vibration of the stadium. Stadium will be full today to see the match so it will feel like a match.

2. Penalti Lounge Bar , there are 2 places: calle de Fernández de los Ríos, 95 (Moncloa) / avenida de la Reina Victoria, 15.

3. Cervecería Deportiva , 3 tv's and a big screen,  Calle de la Costanilla de los Ángeles, 12
